Smoked at 180' for 12-16 hours

Bone in Beef or Bison Ribeye

Seaoned bone in ribeye

Smoked in hickory to perfection at 180' until medium rare

Elk Tenderloin

Wrapped in thick cut bacon

Smoked to deliciousness in hickory & maple at 225' until medium rare
